RANDOM JOTTINGS

A blog about music, sports, theatre and rants

I am currently sitting on my bed in my lovely hotel room with my feet up and drinking tea.  Grandparents 1 and 2 and family all went from a long walk from Iken Church to the Maltings. Glorious day and here are a few photos of our afternoon. Barbecue tonight.

I am already knackered…

Tide was in so we ended up paddling quite a bit but as it was a gorgeous day it did not matter

Spotted the signpost to Knodishall as we were driving along!

Walked miles and at the end of three days tired but it was lovely and Orford and the surrounding countryside lifts the heart

Oh, I love that walk! Have walked from the Maltings to Iken church across the boardwalk and the beach, such a lovely area. Would love to be there now. Have a lovely time, Elaine.

A very familiar part of the world to me after our 23 years on the smallholding at Knodishall.
